Every item is lovingly handmade by Mae La Roux.  This means there will be slight variations from those pictured. We feel this adds a unique, special feel to our products. But we do try our best to make sure each item is as consistent as possible. Please note that due to variations on computer and phone screens, color may differ in person.

 

Check Out

Please be aware that placing an item in your shopping cart does not hold that item.  Some popular items may sell out quickly.  The only way to guarantee an item is by finalizing the order. 

 

Payment

We currently accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa and PayPal.

Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.  

 

Shipping

Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 7 days of your order.  Though in most cases orders will go out within a day or two, we give up to 7 days as we are a very small production with a day job.  Orders are very much appreciated and will be treated with the upmost care and urgency as we can best permit.

 

Returns

Customer service is our top priority and we want you to love your new products! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us right away and we will gladly do what we can to make things right.  

Due to the nature of the product, face masks are non refundable.  

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the full cost of the purchased product(s) will be returned to the buyer.
